9.4 debian wifi connmanctl error wlan0

I have been able to connect wlan0 using debian 8.4 using connmanctl as others have suggested but cannot with the latest 9.4 debian release. I get an abort from connmanctl. See below. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Can you share a link to which Debian image you’re using?

This is on which model beaglebone?

As for suggestions... run apt-get update and upgrade.

Try an open WiFi network to see if it has something to do with the encryption.
