A question about NAND flash performanace

Hi all
I have two question about a NAND flash chip on beagle board.

1. Could somebody tell me nand flash chip's model number? I'm finding
a datasheet now..

2. second question is about performance. I want to know response time
for READ WRITE system call on following environment.

  2-1. User level READ, WRITE System call response time.
  2-2. on MTDCHAR Interface ex) /dev/mtd0 , /dev/mtd1 ...
  2-3. IO Size is 2Kbytes.
