After program on QT Creator, what should I do next?

Hi,
I have a GUI program built on QT. I would like to know what should I do next to make it run on BeagleBoard? I guess I need to compile it by the ARM compiler and copy the binary to the SD card and make it run like other code? Do I need anything else?
Is there any difference if I want to make it run on DVI-LCD, S2-TV or LCD?

Best regards,
Thang NGuyen

If you use OpenEmbedded, then you can use its Qt/Embedded toolchain:

Thank you so much.
