Eh, if you have a proper pinmux spreadsheet I hope you will release it once
you are allowed to. Duplicating the work seems like waste of effort (and I
personally wouldn't trust mine in its current state, especially not after
what you said).
No, not between revisions. Between two different processors. They were looking for “pin compatibility”

After all this,I don’t think I will be releasing it. Too much support involved and unless they release that other processor, I can’t explain any of this.

I understand your point…but I’d hope that by releasing your correct version, it would save more troubles/headaches for when this board is publicly available and in the hands of many (who otherwise could end up in a position like us where the tool is not 100%).
