Android toolchain migration to Cortex

Hi,
I have applied cortex patches extracted from codesourcery to the
Android toolchain found on:
http://android.git.kernel.org/pub/android-ndk-toolchain-20090323.tar.bz2

with the following change on top Makefile.in for armv7 support.
