Angstrom beaglebone demo files

Hi folks,
  Has anyone built an sd card for the bone using the latest files from
the beaglebone demo files site? If so, which ones did you use? I can't
find a description of the files. For instance there are three U-boot
files;

U-boot.img
U-boot-beaglebone.img
U-boot-beaglebone-2011.09+git-r25.img

Similarly, There are three MLO files, and ! I guess, two versions of
angstrom.

Does anyone know where I can find what each of these files are, and
which ones I should be using for the bone?

look at the md5sum's, they are identical files.

It's more useful for developers, to easily track older versions of these files.
