Any Beaglebone variants that support USB 3.0 stock?

Hi, total newbie here. I already looked through the Beaglebone Black user guide and didn’t see a specific USB spec called out, but the 500mA limitation make me think it’s USB 1 or 2. Are there any Beaglebone variants that support USB 3.0 out of the box? Not necessarily looking for more power, just the enhanced data rate. Otherwise, are there any capes that will fill this need?

Beaglebone ai, beaglebone ai-64, and beaglev ahead has usb3 support.

I don’t immediately see any current draw spec at 5V in the documentation. Do you know where I can find that?
