I was wondering if there is any examples on gathering data from a sensor at a consistent sampling frequency.
That’s kind of too vague to be meaningfully answerable. What kind of sensor, how are you interfacing with it? What sort of sampling frequency are you hoping to achieve? What do you intend to do with the data once you have it, process it further on PRU or ship it off to a linux program?
A great resource is Derek Molloy book, there is a full chapter on the PRU. Looking at the TOC i see the application “Ultrasonic sensor application”, i guess that matches your use case. It will not be specific to the BB-AI, you may need to tweak a bit. HTH, bye
