Use the template for BeagleBoard.org. If you look at the
BeagleBoard.org mentoring organization's profile, you'll see a
template of essentially questions to answer. So, yes. Be sure to
include a useful set of milestones and try to make your proposal about
something that would be useful to a wide array of open source software
developers, either by impacting an existing open source project or by
producing a new open source component that many others will want to
extend and utilize in the future. Try to avoid producing a solution
to a problem that only you have.
Who approves the project proposal, Google or Mentors?
