BBB S2 jumper to auto-boot microSD?

Can I remove S2 and just jumper it with a wire (or glue it down) so it will always auto-boot to the microSD? I think I fried the eMMC, plus it’s too small to run Debian Wheezy and have any room for logs. I’m installing this remotely, and don’t want to drive there and hold down the button in case the power cycles accidentally.

If you can work with small SMD components, move R68 to R93
