bbtoys-wl1271 and bluetooth

My fellow Beagleboardicans,

A quick question for you. I've got the bbtoys wlan adapter with the
wl1271. I've got its wifi working (sorta, no wpa, but hey, good
enough). The board also has bluetooth (or claims to in the reference
manual) but I haven't seen it working. Before I dig in further, has
anyone else gotten bluetooth to work on it and if so, any pointers for
how. Here's what I tried:

root@beagleboard:~# hciattach /dev/ttyO1 texas 2000000
Found a Texas Instruments' chip!
Firmware file : /lib/firmware/TIInit_7.2.31.bts
Loaded BTS script version 1
Initialization timed out.
root@beagleboard:~# hciattach /dev/ttyO1 texas 3000000
Initialization timed out.
root@beagleboard:~# hciconfig

root@beagleboard:~# hcitool dev

I also tried a variety of speeds and the result was still the same.
The initialization always times out. I now see from
http://beagleboardtoys.com/wlan/ module reference manual that
bluetooth support isn't ready yet. Is that still the case or has
someone made progress?

Thanks,
jaya

That's the one. You can only do it once and only if nothing has poked at hci0 yet.
