beagle play can't boot

I used Etcher to burn the image to mirco sd, and then plugged it into the beagle play, but only the red LED next to the pwr button was always on, and it seemed that it was not started. I tried pressing the pwr button and then plugged in the usb c power supply, but
There is still no sign of beagle play starting. Is there something I did wrong?

Use the raspberry pi imager, select custom and point it to your image. Let pi imager verify the integrity of the image post burning. Make sure you have the correct image.

this can happen when something old is on the eMMC’s u-boot… While there is power, hold the ‘usr’ button, and toggle the ‘reset’ button…

On newer images, you’ll a u-boot boot menu option to ‘flash’ the eMMC, select that on first bootup to make sure the eMMC’s u-boot get’s updated…

Regards,

While there is power, hold the ‘usr’ button, and toggle the ‘reset’ button…

According to the above operation method, he can boot normally. Thank you for your suggestion.
