I have not test it. But does it?
Will test it tonight at home... the wifi is pretty jammed/locked at
work so it's usually too noisy to test at my desk.. I know my panda's
wifi/bluetooth work at the same time at home..

Yeap, it's the TIWI-R2 on both the beaglexm_wifi adapter and the
original panda... I believe the panda_es has a ble variant of the r2..

We are trying to get the wifi connectivity for beagle board XM using wl12xx on sdio interface. Can you please mention which module you have used and the connections to beagle board. Did you get linux image that directly worked without any modifications? We have ubuntu 12.04 running on the beagle board (without wifi connected). so was thinking whether we will have to tweak the linux source and rebuild it or just setting ‘buddy=bbtoys-wifi’ in the uEnv.txt will enable the specific sdio interface for wifi wl12xx.
Apart from this, the wl1271 is having bluetooth functionality. So as you mentioned the question was - ‘after connecting to a wifi
ap, does bluetooth still work?’
