Go back to the factory image. Then make sure everything works as expected.

Which image did you load onto the board? " You could have a bad cable. We have had several instances where that turned out to be the issue for what you are reporting.
I don’t know of any SW that particular stresses pins that can exposed bad soldering. You could try turning the board over and pressing on the micro HDMI connector to see if that causes the issue to get worse Also make sure you have the cable plugged all the way in.
