The current situation is that you bought them from element14. There are no restrictions for shipping boards to India. Obviously they are not up to speed on the situation. You might try some of the other distributors.

The problem is that I have already paid for two boards. The boards were discounted as part of TIs MCU dive program in India. I have been waiting for a month for delivery. I am just hoping for someone from CircuitCo to send them an email to update them of the situation.
They are not an authorized distributor for us. Only Farnell is. We do not have a contact at Element14. CCO has indeed contacted Farnell and are trying to fix the issue. But it is up to Farnell ultimately to get this fixed.
