I have had some success with a dlink dwl-125. Everything comes up working nicely but after some time it seems that the driver crashes and the ap becomes unreachable. The LEDs on the USB pen flashes differently than when working and a reboot fixes things.
I will investigate this at some point but these errors with drivers that should just work out of the box really buggers me and is what I hate most about Linux. Wifi has always been a pain
