beagleboard boot up issue

hi.
every time when I boot beagleboard, it will reboot automatically. and these days, it seems appear more and more often.
it show the messages all the time, just like below:

and can not boot up.

is this the board defect?

This indicates that the processor is running. You may have trashed the program in the NAND. I suggest that you follow the peocedure at http://elinux.org/BeagleBoardRecovery to try and recover The NAND flash data.

You can also follow the procedure at http://code.google.com/p/beagleboard/wiki/BeagleBoardDiagnostics or the procedure in the System Reference Manual to check the board out for any HW related issues.
