Beagleboard C3 GPIO ISR requires use of request_irq

To get GPIO interrupts working I need the use of the request_irq system call. This requires access to many of the kernel header files, most of which are in the Angstrom (2.6.32) source tree. At least one header file, however, I cannot find in any of the BB repository source trees, namely bounds.h (seems to be eradicated by the clean process). There is a top-level Kbuild script to generate this file but I am having trouble getting it to work. When I issue the command “make -f ./Kbuild” I get the error :

make: *** No rule to make target FORCE', needed by kernel/bounds.s’. Stop.

The .config file I obtained from arch/arm/configs/omap3_beagle_defconfig. Any help would be appreciated.

Installed kernel-headers from the Angstrom feed browser - bounds.h still not there.

Anybody have any experience in generating this bounds.h file?
