Hey sorry Gerald,Igot it ,You have used"16-Bit DDR3 Interface Using One 16-Bit DDR3 Device without VTT Termination" approach**…**

Can you tell me how the termination compensation is taken care in this approach?? I Know this question should be for TI but i like to know it from your experience…

Hey Gerald ,you didn’t tell me how that compensation is taken care…its ok…

In DDR3L, M7 pin is actually NC as per datasheet in micron website but in BBB it is used as A15,how can it be ?
