[beagleboard] TCT Trainer Board Update

Greetings All,

The trainer board has now been tested with the arduino bootloader:

all new trainer boards will be shipped with the arduino bootloader pre-installed. in addition we have posted a lite version of avrdude called avrgal which is easier to cross compile and is geared towards easy upload of arduino sketches and/or avr code:
