[beagleboard] What changed with config-pin in latest Debian?

It got replaced, and it turned out users where using other features
that didn't get re-implemented..

Just run:

sudo rm /usr/bin/config-pin
sudo cp -v /opt/source/bb.org-overlays/tools/beaglebone-universal-io/config-pin
/usr/bin/
