BeagleBoard XM Boot

Team,

I have a formatted the SD card but it is not booting up properly from
my Beagleboard XM. When the boot mode is set to SD nothing happens
except that I see a 0x60 on the debug UART. I don't see the UBOOT
prompt or anything. Is there a definition of what spits out of the
UART upon boot when booting from SD? I checked out the DM3730 wiki on
initialization on the TI website but this doesn't give details on what
spits out the UART.

I don't have access to a JTAG emulator but was able to probe the power
rails and those look okay.

Sincerely,

Jason

if you see 0x60, then it wasn't formated correctly.. What steps did
you do? and a "sudo fdisk -l' printout helps..

Hi Jason,

You might want to provide a little more information as to what image you are using and what instructions you are using to format and write to your SD card. Perhaps this will help:
