BeagleBoard-xm can't boot android

Hi all
I bought a BB-xm today ,and want to boot the android. I download the sdk ANDROIDDEVKIT-GINGERBREAD-AM35X-AM37X from http://www.ti.com/tool/androidsdk-sitara. and copy the pre-build file into the sd card. After power on the board , get the message from console window:

Obvoiusly some files are missing that is not a surprise for me
