Have you actually plugged in your I2C device to the correct connector ?
Have you got access to a DSO to check the signals ?
What is the actual device you have plugged in ? Is it an off the shelf module ?
Assuming you haven’t messed with the DTS file the port should be setup correctly.
Obviously the peripheral is enabled as you have 3 I2C devices.
Looks to me that you need to check your hardware and wiring.
