[Beaglebone] Need help for lighweight office + lighweight GUI Destop!

I has just developed a custom beaglebone follow schematic of beaglebone, it now can run Ubuntu 12.04.
I need a small computer with lighweight office ( reading, edit document ex: .doc, pdf ) and lighweight destop GUI … so that:
1/ Is Beaglebone enough for my requestions?
2/ If Beagleboen is enoght then what kind of rootsf can i used for my project? ( Ubuntu12.10 , Ubuntu11.4, Fedora…).
3/ What kind of office app can i used for my project? Openoffice or Liberaoffice…
4/ What kind of lighweight destop GUI can i used for my Beaglebone?

I've had good luck with lxde on 12.04 ...

sudo apt-get install lxde lxde-core lxde-icon-theme
