Beaglebone ubuntu kernel update

Hi, I have on my beaglebone oneric ubuntu from http://elinux.org/BeagleBoardUbuntu#Demo_Image
As I seen a new version with a v3.2 kernel has been released
correcting the bugs related to USB (thats really nice)

Can anyone help me to how do this update to my old 3.1.0-psp3 kernel

On your beaglebone (with network connection..)

wget http://rcn-ee.net/deb/oneiric-armel/v3.2.0-psp1/install-me.sh
/bin/bash install-me.sh
(reboot)
