I was working with my Beagleboneblack
(debian image) then suddenly it went off and after that I connected the usb cable again but it didn't start. After that I connected the console cable to the computer but the output was just "ccccc...."
I don't know what should I do.
Re flash the eMMC or boot from the SD slot,

This should work if you properly unzipped the image file and used disk imager to create the SD card

But it's not my first time to flash the BBB But I don't know why it cant boot from the sd card on the serial debug port the output is just "ccccc"
CCCC means it cannot find a boot source. Not SD or eMMC. It could be you have a damaged card cage. Best option may be to get an RMA
