[BeagleClinic] Second event on August 29 : Beagle Clinic

Hello all,

There has been tremendous response for beagle clinic event, every day
I get at least one request.

So, here we go. Lets meet this month on 29th. I will find out a venue
and a sponsor for Lunch... (if possible).

I request you folks to help me in populating the content for this meet.

- What you want to learn
- Bug fixes we want to do
- Mulitple tracks to cover basics and particular concepts.

...

The attendee list is important as I have to create visitor passes,
kindly update the list your selves and not wait for others to do the
same.

We will not have presentations or materials, it will be very informal
as we will be working on the problems and take up sessions based on
audience interest. You can find individuals who can help you out for
any of your issues.

If you are looking for a specific domain or peripheral, please add
that to list on wiki, will help me to invite the right expert to talk
or help on the same.
