Yes, that is turning into a huge pile of BS. Myself, I am getting tired of dealing with wayland and all the cloak and dagger nonsense with it. Did not realize how important the xserver working on a remote GUI is until recently, wayland ripped that out… ARM and wayland are not the best solution for me. Only ones that actually notice the power of the compositor are the developers, end user cannot tell the difference.
I posted some vulkan test code in a post about the new AI-Y board, if you don’t mind would you please try that out and see if you can render a triangle on your V board.
