You may be right about that; vkmark (under X11) just says “Error: No suitable Vulkan physical devices found”.
IPv6 doesn’t seem to work in the un-upgraded RevyOS. I don’t think there was any problem with it after “apt upgrade” (but then you lose GPU support in X11).
Neither version of RevyOS supports the BeagleV-Ahead’s WiFi hardware.
Are they using networkd?
If that is the case it might be the config file needs to have IP6 added.
My feelings toward all of this is who ever is making money from sales of the board should have it ready to go. You spend one hour of your time on the board you just exceeded the cost of the board. If its just a hobby that is well enjoyed it is much different perspective than mine, if you are trying to make money, not so good.
We did testing running the BBB and others on 4G wireless, however it was connect by wire to a fail-over switch on 4G cellular. That works perfectly.
systemd-networkd. But that’s it! I added a simple /etc/systemd/network/20-wired.network and now IPv6 works nicely.
