Boot buttons...

Hi,

(still thinking of the dangers to brick a BBB...)

Suppose I had accidentally wrote an invalid MLO to the internal eMMC
and that would result in total unresponding BBB....
Could I bypass the boot process from the outside by pressing some buttons,
so that the BBB would completly boot from the inserted SD-card and in turn
the internal eMMC becomes accessible again so that I would have a chance
to undo my previous fault (or do I think to complicated here?)...

Best regards,
mcc

You can recover from a trashed eMMC. That is what the boot button on
the 'Black is for, it forces the system to boot off the uSD card before
the internal eMMC.

Just push the button.
