Hi,

Please help. I am starting up with BBB for robotic applications. I have installed the image Debian 8.2 and, sometimes, I can’t connect to the board. Reflashing solves the problem but, is there any other way. I heard that BBB sometimes gets “unflashed” because of unfortunate contacs, little movements, etc. Is that true?

No vibration can make data fall out of chips. Unflashed means corrupted when you fail to unmount drives under Linux before you pull the power or some other contact with a human user…

Grab a usb-serial ftdi adapter, unless we know what's going on, we can't debug..
