If you build the demo image it has the sgx gpu active and it will run weston compositor on bbb. The bare image is MACHINE=“BeagleBone”, core-image-minimal.
FYI, you will need at least 400 Gb of NVMe, and 32 Gb ram, set your swap to 60Gb and swap on a secondary NVMe, not your boot drive.
