booting fail (seem to read uImage but can't SD ext3)

Could you someone please help me out? I am going mad.

Almost a year ago, I successfully ported binaries of angstrom(validation console & x11windows) and xbuntu to my BB(C2). At the time, all functionality of the BB looks OK.
A year after I resumed my beagle work, but the images I used to port to my BB(C2) don’t work any more. All the booting process( ubuntu, angstrom even Android binary images) halted in the following message log. No more proceed.

Hi.

It seems your SD card has some troubles.
SD card is not recommended to read/write frequently.
First of all, you should indicate and explain any source of trouble.
If you are using Linux, you can use many tools such as "dd" and you
can find the solutions.

Have you verified the data on the sd-card is still good? After a
year ... who knows. Maybe re-writing the image will do, or getting a
new card might be better - save time wasted trying.

I appreciate your care.

After 8 hours frustrating repeated fails digging the causes, I rewrite the xbuntu image(Karmic 9.10) and booted the image successfully.
I follow through the detailed the steps in wiki, http://elinux.org/BeagleBoardUbuntu .
My DVI LCD to BB is showing beautiful screen saver of xbuntu now.

Still I can’t get booted the binaries of Angstrom x11windows and Android.
Same log message ends, and hang up

This is why digital cameras today use floppy disks, right?
