Booting Linux on the Beagleboard xM Rev C

Gerald,
Thanks for your tips.
I wrote the -validation image which makes the SD to be 116MB. If I get a bigger one (>3.8GB) then I can also copy the -demo image. My question is I have to copy BOTH images? The first is to boot and the second has all the functionality? So the SD does not show the image (file name in "my computer F drive") just the free space 116MB. (You say it's correct.) BTW is there a brand that can format to be greater than 3.8GB?

At this moment I can not boot with the validation image (116MB). Nothing happens. Or do I have to write the two images to boot the system?

Switched back to the system image everything is O.K.
