I mistakenly erased my nand and now I can't boot from my SD card no
matter what I do user button fat/fat32 partition. I also cant seem to
find the beagleboard through the serial port or USB, my VMPlayer
automatically disconnects the beagleboard when it connects through
USB. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
If it's 'bricked' how can it 'connect' to later 'disconnect'? 
You can't brick a beagle, follow the recovery wiki and reformat your sd card..
