C++11 thread support

Hi,

I am using the stock Angstrom distribution w/ g++ 4.7.3.

I am trying to get a larger library to run correctly, but am running into a basic problem w/ C++11 thread support. Here’s my test program:

Use -pthread instead of -lpthread.
