Chrome/Chromium Browser for Beagleboard C5 running Ubuntu 12.04

I want to run a Chrome/Chromium browser on my Beagleboard C5 running Ubuntu 12.04.

I’ve looked around and there are a number of old posts where it looks like people did successfully run the Chromium browser.

Unfortunately, almost all the posts are from a year or two ago and the links they reference no longer exist or have been moved.

Has anyone accomplished this task recently that would share the links and recipes they used to get it to work?

My old script relied on googles waterfall chrome build farm… However at some point they stopped building a generic arm binary. I just never replaced it with anything…

There’s stuff at http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-snapshots/index.html?path=Linux_ARM_Cross-Compile/ and
http://commondatastorage.googleapis.com/chromium-browser-snapshots/index.html?path=ARM

But I’m not sure what to do with it.
