Cloud 9 inaccessible on BBB

Hey, I am brand new to this. I have a few questions for you:

  1. How can I SSH into my beaglebone black?

If you’re using a Unix-compatible OS,

ssh root@192.168.7.2

I believe Mac OS also has a terminal where you can enter the same command. if you’re on Windows, look for an ssh client such as putty. Also, the factory setting for the password is blank

  1. How do I do this, “Recreate the directory and reboot or restart cloud9 via systemctl.”

ssh’ed into your 'bone, type in the command

mkdir /var/lib/cloud9
