cloud9 dashboard is missing

Somehow the cloud9 dashboard is missing. Although the programming interface is there OK.
How can I et the dashboard to work?

The tutorial nuked /var/lib/cloud9, so recreate it.

Then:

opkg install bonescript

and reboot
