Community lightning talks

Sorry for the lack of notice, but I'd like to know if there is
interest here for people giving "lightning talks" during the up-coming
TI eTechDays on August 27th.

The idea is to give opportunity for open-source developers an
opportunity to a quick introduction to their developments and drive
discussion when everyone is paying attention via 15 minute sessions.
Each presenter should register on the wiki page below [1], upload a
PDF of 2-5 pages, and give 5-10 minutes of talk to drive discussion on
the IRC channel during their registered time slot.

Attendance is limited to 150 people on the WebEx and we'll do this or
not based upon the interest level.

We've got a couple entries now, so we are certainly going to do this.
I encourage everyone who has a project to give a 5 minute project
overview.

Also, we are having a User's Group meeting at ESC Boston this year.
