Not 100% relevant to BB, but i know that a few folks here have had
boards fabbed. I am working on a proposal (hypothetical at this
point) that would benefit from POP. Target size is about 5 mm x 5 mm.
The design would probably be a core (large MSP430 or maybe a small
C2000), flash (say, 256k) and a MOS image sensor. Hopefully almost no
peripheral circuitry.
I have no idea how to ballpark NRE costs or unit costs, at, say 100k
units/year. Any help would be appreciated. WAGs and SWAGs are all
I'm looking for (SWAGs preferred).
