[craneboard] hub 1-0:1.0: unable to enumerate USB device on port 1

When I connect a USB device such as a motor controller or a mouse into
my Craneboard, and I get the following error:

hub 1-0:1.0: Cannot enable port 1. Maybe the USB cable is
bad?
hub 1-0:1.0: unable to enumerate USB device on port 1

Is this a hardware problem?

Attached are ITBOK results, kernel boot messages

Please Note, I did NOT pluge a pendrive into the OTG port.
Insert the USB pendrive formatted with FAT(16) only to OTG port and
press any to continue .......

Hi Timothy,

CraneBoard does not support Low speed/Full speed devices on The USB
port1. So you need to have USB HUB(Bus powered or Self powered) to
connect LS/FS devices to Port1.

You can connect the LS/FS devices to Port0 with mini-AB to Type A USB
adaptor without any USB HUB.
