I just received my beagleboard rev C4. As per the reference manual online for this board, it has 256MB NAND flash from Micron. Unfortunately, I can’t find its data sheet. If anyone has one, can you please share.

It is a MCP. It has NAND and DDR in it. The MCP datasheet is available from Micron. You will need to find the datasheet for the NAND separate. I suggest you contact your local Micron sales person or distributor.
