DDR DRAM is changed on BB-AI64

I changed DDR DRAM into Micron MT53D1024M32D4DT-046 from Kingston Q3222PM1WDGTK-U.
If timing issue will occur at boot-up time, how can I change DDR setting in BSP.
Should I re-compile uboot & kernel for new DDR RAM?
