I think the last error is due to the missing kernel on the mmc (which is configured only for upgrade).
Now I’m booting the sd with debian netinst… it works!!! Or, al least, I see the first page of the debian installer.

I saw a CRC error in the very first lines at boot (before loading the kernel). Anyway now I try to install the os.

Yeap, that's u-boot complaining about not finding anything in nand,
which is good cause then it defaults to trying to load an uEnv.txt
script off mmc.. (it's a good error.. :wink: )
