Required Skills:

  • Lead PeopleSoft upgrade processes using PS “Change Assistant”. This requires expertise in script processing and full analysis of completion, correctness and performance optimization etc.
  • Debug and optimize SQL statements within the upgrade scripts.
  • Coordinate with technical and functional teams regarding upgrade steps to be completed by these teams.
  • Build, configure, debug, and support PeopleSoft applications in a multi-instance hosting environment.
  • Perform complete installs of PeopleSoft 8.x and 9.x at all tiers.
  • Provide expert troubleshooting for isolating technical problems in the PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA) including Oracle databases, tuxedo application servers on Unix/Linux, process schedulers on both Unix/Linux and NT and Weblogic configuration.
  • Analyze issues with SQRs, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Process Schedulers, Application Servers, Application Messaging (Integration Broker) and Web Servers.
  • Understanding of PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA), specifically in a HP/Linux, Oracle and Web Logic hosting environment.
