Does Angstrom/OE kernel support "userspace" governor

I have a new question on dynamic voltage/frequency scaling (DVFS).

To permit user-space application control the CPU frequency, the kernel
must also support "userspace" governor. It seems that only kernel
space ‘ondemand’ and ‘performance’ governors are supported in current
beagle kernel, does Angstrom/OE kernel running on beagle board support
"userspace" governor?

'userspace' is the default governor in the current angstrom kernels and has been for some months now
