Hello everyone!
I am an undergraduate, majoring in Electronic Engineering at Ocean University of China.I wanted to develop my programming skills by join an open source platform. And then I knowed Gsoc at zhihu which is a famous community in China. I was searching for an project for GSOC 2017 and thought your ideas really interesting. Though I would like to participate in, I don’t know how to do. if someone could tell me, I would really appreciate it.
