Hi Ian!

I’m glad you’re giving the BeagleBone Black a try!

There’s alot of useful information provided in the CircuitCo wiki (http://circuitco.com/support/index.php?title=BeagleBoneBlack) as well as the SRM (https://github.com/CircuitCo/BeagleBone-Black/blob/master/BBB_SRM.pdf?raw=true).

thank you can beaglebone use hdmi some ifo say no some say yes thank u aga for the help

hello could you tell me will beaglebone come with own power or will i have to buy one and use cable to

Hi Ian,

If you check the BeagleBone Black specs you will see that it supports HDMI (http://circuitco.com/support/index.php?title=BeagleBoneBlack#BeagleBone_Black_Features). You will have to provide your own HDMI cable, however. (http://circuitco.com/support/index.php?title=BeagleBone_Black_Accessories#HDMI_Cables)

The BeagleBone Black also comes with a miniUSB-USB cable and powers up your BeagleBone Black. (http://circuitco.com/support/index.php?title=BeagleBone_Black_Accessories#USB_Cables)

It some instances, however, you will need a 5V power supply but that is not provided. More information on the power supply and where to buy it is here. (http://circuitco.com/support/index.php?title=BeagleBone_Black_Accessories#Power_Supplies)

thank you juan so get hdmi cable and a 5 v power for my raspberrypi so save some cash thank you again

Nope. BBB uses a microHDMI. Pi uses a full size HDMI.
